Jayne is Senior Director for regulatory policy and has been at Merck for over 12 years. She is a senior regulatory policy analyst, responsible for leading surveillance and advocacy on a variety of regulatory policy issues, including artificial intelligence, digital health technologies, and cloud-based collaboration. She serves as chief of staff for regulatory policy, manages the team’s newly established regulatory intelligence function, and leads policy surveillance and document management processes. She spent 15 years at FDA, primarily in CDER advising and supporting CDER and other FDA leadership on policy, governance, operational, and management issues and programs.
