Toni Spears is an industry leader whose passion for clinical research was ignited while treating patients in the hospital setting. With over 21 years at Sanofi, Toni’s early experience managing global studies & leading clinical teams built the foundation for involvement in external industry consortia. Toni works transversely to develop an environment of cooperation between Sanofi and consortia. She is focused on stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, early change management, and building diverse teams. Her ambition is to amplify the impact of consortia and strengthen the outcome of transformation projects. Toni enjoys giving back to colleagues thru peer-coaching & mentoring, as well serving communities in need locally & globally.
